Fair oil, direct from the source – no intermediaries
No wholesalers or buyers for us. Everything goes through our own line: from press to packaging. This allows us to not only guarantee purity, but also to give honest and practical tips based on our own experience with the product.

Daily intake

Shake well before use – the oil should be black in color.

1 to a maximum of 2 small teaspoons of oil per day.

Shelf life

Our black seed oil has a shelf life of 2 years after receipt. The oil is freshly pressed and delivered directly to the customer, ensuring optimal freshness and quality.

Internal use

You can mix the oil with cold drinks. However, avoid mixing with hot drinks, as temperatures above 40°C can affect the valuable components of black seed oil.

External use

The oil is ideal for skin care and can be applied to dry skin, eczema, psoriasis, arthritis, or a flaky scalp. The oil is also perfect as a massage oil or as a relaxing addition to a warm bath.

Use during pregnancy

Insufficient scientific research has been conducted on the effects of black seed oil during pregnancy. Therefore, its use is not recommended. If you are considering using black seed oil, it is advisable to consult a doctor or medical specialist beforehand.

Important tip!

Shake the bottle well before use. The oil contains natural sediment that can accumulate. Shaking well ensures that all nutrients remain evenly distributed.

Why does black seed oil burn or tingle in my throat?

It is completely normal for black seed oil to cause a burning or tingling sensation in the throat. This effect is precisely a sign of the oil's purity and freshness.

How can you soothe it?
If you find the burning sensation uncomfortable, you can take a sip of water or another liquid beforehand to moisten your throat. Or mix the oil with a cold drink, such as fruit juice, so that the taste and sensation are less intense.

However, be careful not to mix the oil with liquids warmer than 40°C. High temperatures can affect the valuable nutrients and active ingredients in the oil and potentially even render them ineffective.

No need to worry!
Research even suggests that the tingling sensation – which also occurs with freshly pressed olive oil – may have anti-inflammatory and pain-relieving properties.

What color is the oil?

Nigella oil is naturally golden yellow, but pure, unprocessed oil contains fine black seed particles that are carried along during pressing. This can make the oil appear darker, sometimes even black.

If left to stand for a longer period, the particles settle at the bottom, making the top layer appear lighter. Temperature also affects the thickness and sedimentation: the colder it is, the thicker the oil.
